The organization recruits women mentors from the community who know the girls and their parents, and support the girls based on their particular needs. The support can include providing school supplies, uniforms, and even transportation to school. The mentors also teach the girls life skills that boost their confidence and decision-making abilities. The organization currently works in 40 secondary schools in Cambodia.
