Project ECHO, an initiative based in New Mexico, has partnered with the Namibian Ministry of Health and Social Services to provide rural health care workers, doctors, and nurses with video-teleconferences with HIV specialists. The program helps to bridge knowledge gaps by providing access to an international network of specialists and resources for continuous learning.
